A 5,000m² manufacturing facility in Wynberg required a complete electrical infrastructure upgrade to support new production machinery and meet current safety standards. The existing installation was outdated, under capacity, and non-compliant with current regulations.
We performed a full electrical redesign and installation, including a new 630A three-phase main distribution board, six sub-distribution boards, dedicated supplies for each production line, and a complete emergency lighting and fire detection system.
The facility now has a safe, compliant, and future-proof electrical installation that supports current production needs with capacity for future expansion. Downtime was carefully managed around the production schedule, with all critical work completed during planned shutdowns.
