A new multi-tenanted commercial office development in Sandton required complete electrical installation across three floors of office space, including common areas, kitchenettes, boardrooms, and individual office suites.
We designed and installed a comprehensive electrical system for the entire building, including LED lighting throughout, data and network cabling, access control and CCTV, and tenant submetering. Each floor was zoned independently with separate distribution boards and metering.
The building now offers tenants a modern, efficient electrical infrastructure with individual metering for accurate billing. The LED lighting system delivers excellent illumination while keeping energy costs low. The project was completed on schedule, allowing tenants to move in as planned.
