A residential estate in Fourways needed automatic generator changeover systems installed for their clubhouse, security gatehouse, and pump house. The estate management wanted a fully automatic solution that would ensure uninterrupted power to critical facilities during load shedding.
We installed three automatic changeover switches with appropriate ratings for each application, integrated with the existing generator infrastructure. Each system was configured for automatic start and transfer within seconds of grid failure, with manual override for maintenance.
The estate’s critical facilities now enjoy automatic backup power during all outages. The clubhouse remains operational, security gates function without interruption, and water pumps keep running — all without anyone needing to manually start generators or switch over supplies.
